Unless stated otherwise in writing by Lindsey Rietzsch, all sales are made subject to these terms and conditions. All payments due to Lindsey Rietzsch shall be due and payable in accordance with the terms. No terms or conditions of purchase orders different from these terms and conditions will become part of any sales agreement, purchase, or other document unless specifically approved in writing by Lindsey Rietzsch. Any tax or other charge imposed by law on the sale of goods or the performance of services shall be paid by the Buyer (Buyer), unless the law specifically provides that such payment must be made by Lindsey Rietzsch.
The customer agrees not to hold Lindsey Rietzsch responsible for any delay caused in whole, or in part, by circumstances beyond Lindsey Rietzsch's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, delays by carriers or delays in shipment or receipt of materials from suppliers. Lindsey Rietzsch will not be liable under any circumstance for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your order.

Prices are in U.S. Dollars. Typographical errors and prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Costs
We charge $3.00 per book.
Payment Options
Currently we accept Google Checkout only. It is very simple to use with your credit card.
Sales Tax
Lindsey Rietzsch is required by law to collect sales tax on shipments within the state of Utah. There will not be any sales tax charged to orders billed and shipped to other states.
Orders/Shipping
You will receive an order confirmation to acknowledge that we have received your order. Orders are processed during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm MST. Orders will ship the same or the next day and will arrive in 1 - 7 business days from shipping date depending on distance from Utah. All shipping dates are based on receipt of a firm order from the Buyer with complete information and payment contained therein. Lindsey Rietzsch shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery due to acts of God, or any other causes beyond Lindsey Rietzsch’s reasonable control, whether of similar or dissimilar nature than those enumerated. In no event shall Lindsey Rietzsch be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or claims for labor resulting from failure or delay in delivery. You may email us at any time to the status of the existing order.
Cancellations/Returns
All cancellations of orders must be approved by Lindsey Rietzsch and are subject to penalties associated with such cancellation. Lindsey Rietzsch will not accept return goods without being notified prior. Under no circumstances will return goods be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with original packing slip, and packing materials. Lindsey Rietzsch reserves the right to decline the return or credit of any product deemed misused or non-sell-able.
Jurisdiction
All terms and conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute arising between Lindsey Rietzsch and the Buyer may be resolved by litigation or binding arbitration at the option of Lindsey Rietzsch. Venue for said litigation or arbitration shall be exclusively in Davis County, Utah and, in the event of arbitration, shall be conducted by an arbitration service selected by Lindsey Rietzsch and a single arbitrator shall preside over arbitration. FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE BUYER IRREVOCABLY CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIS COUNTY UTAH FOR ANY DISPUTE THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN THE PARTIES. THE BUYER HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL ON ANY ISSUE OR DISPUTE THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN THE PARTIES. The Buyer agrees to waive all venue objections, notice of sale and delivery of goods, extension or rearrangement of terms. Lindsey Rietzsch may at any time, and subject to applicable law, change or add to the terms and conditions stated herein.
Terms
These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between Riema USA LLC, and the customer, and shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Utah and the United States of America.
